“A chance reading of an article in the Times about Bowen Technique
in 2002 got me interested in the therapy. I was struck by the principle
of “less is more” – a principle I believe to be true
as a Homeopath. I went on to study and qualify as a Bowen Technique Practitioner
from the European College of Bowen Studies.
“I am humbled at some of the positive responses that clients have
experienced after Bowen sessions.”
Comments from some clients I have treated:
“At first I was rather sceptical about Bowen. How could systems
so simple and gentle really be effective? But a few treatments later I
noticed gradual changes that were very beneficial to my condition. Overall
there have been great improvements and in some cases symptoms have completely
disappeared. What also helps is that Caroline is a tender, healing person,
who truly believes in what she is doing. And Bowen is so relaxing and
calming.”

“I had about 6 sessions with Caroline after she was recommended
to me to help with a frozen shoulder problem. Each session lasted about
45 mins. I found the treatment rather soporific and may have dozed off
on occasions!
I really enjoyed the experience and can only say further that my shoulder
is now completely better. I would not hesitate to return if I had further
problems with anything else.”

Caroline aims to promote the Bowen Technique as a holistic remedial therapy
that is gentle, safe and effective. Sometimes Bowen Technique is combined
with Homeopathy to the benefit of her clients.
