As an osteopath I approach the body from a holistic standpoint. I feel it is essential to identify the cause of a problem to effectively find a solution and reduce the possibility of reoccurrence.

The body has powerful inherent capacities for self healing. As an osteopath the aim of treatment is to facilitate this innate process and remove any obstacles so an optimum state of health and well-being can be achieved in any individual.

My treatment approach reflects these ideals and I treat each individual with a specific course of consultations according their complaint. I use a variety of techniques, (Structural/Functional/Cranial and Classical Osteopathic techniques) that are appropriate for people of all ages with a broad variety of conditions.

I trained at the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine and have since gone on to set up my own osteopathic practice and also have returned to the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine as a lecturer of osteopathic principles and practice and osteopathic technique.
